Accessibility Statement
Index
This accessibility statement has been drawn up in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, and relates to the website www.rimosvet.com, which is an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of products offered by the VET division of RI.MOS. s.r.l..
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, our company is committed to making its website fully accessible as soon as possible, and in any case by June 28, 2030, as required by the Transitional and Final Provisions (Article 25, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022).
Compliance status
This website, first published on February 3, 2025, has not undergone any substantial changes since June 28, 2025.
Therefore, the obligation to comply by June 28, 2025, with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament, issued on April 17, 2019 (EAA - European Accessibility Act), and the implementing legislation is not applicable. However, we are implementing measures to achieve full accessibility.
We are committed to taking specific action as soon as possible to resolve any issues that may make our website even partially inaccessible.
Our main objective is to correct errors and improve aspects that currently make the website inaccessible to all. To this end, we will implement the following actions:
- increasing the contrast between text color and background to a ratio of 4.5:1 (3:1 for bold text);
- addition of labels for form fields to ensure accessibility even for users with visual impairments who use assistive technologies to complete forms;
- optimization of the descriptiveness of hyperlinks by associating each link with icons or images and a short text description that indicates its destination without having to read the surrounding text;
- revision of the hierarchical structure of titles (H1, H2, H3) to ensure logical consistency across all pages;
- verification and integration of alternative text for images conveying information.
We are actively implementing the improvements indicated and aim to achieve full compliance with the accessibility requirements set out by the EAA and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level A and AA, by June 28, 2030.
